- Dogs and Cats Allowed: Max of 2 pets per home.
- 1 Cat or Dog: $250 Non-Refundable pet fee, $30 per month pet rent.
- 2 Cats or Dogs, or mix of either one: $350 Non-Refundable pet fee, $50 per month pet rent.
- Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Siberian Huskies, Akitas, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Wolf hybrids and Great Danes are prohibited. Any animal with a bite history or aggressive nature will be restricted as well. Mixes of these breeds will also not be accepted. Rabbits, Ferrets, Lizards, Iguanas, Snakes & Reptiles of any kind, are not permitted.
